Features

Everything you need to sell an LED wall. Nothing you don’t.

Twelve years of building for one trade. Every field, every calculation and every page of the offer exists because somebody selling LED asked for it.

The essentials

Six things easyLED does every day

From the product in your catalogue to the offer in your customer’s inbox, in one place.

Build your product catalogue

Create, add and edit your LED cabinets with every field this trade actually uses — application, installation, dimensions, material, IP rating, maintenance access, curve angle, power and operating temperature.

Quote with the wizard

Size the wall, pick the connection routing, set the discount and watch the total move. A professional offer in under a minute instead of an evening in a spreadsheet.

Run projects from A to Z

Clients, projects, revisions and the offer that actually went out — all in one place, still there when they call back in March.

Share and import catalogues

Publish your products to the distributors you choose, and import the catalogues of the manufacturers you represent. Stop the price list being rebuilt in five spreadsheets.

Manage the sales team

Add sales managers, give each one their own projects and margin ceiling, and coach on what they are quoting rather than correcting it afterwards.

See what is really selling

Quoted volume this month, estimates made, indoor against outdoor, your most-quoted product, pitch and LED type. The pipeline your spreadsheet never gave you.

In detail

Look inside the four that matter most

Pick one. Each is a part of the product you will use every week.

A professional offer in under a minute

Tired of spending hours preparing your offers? Set the size, read the specification, add the control system and the warranty, apply your discount and send it — while you are still standing in front of the client.

  • Size by cabinets across, by the opening you measured, or by target resolution
  • Proportions preview to scale, with a human figure for size
  • Eight cable-routing patterns, so the installer gets the drawing too
  • Screen, control system, installation, software and warranty as separate lines
  • A discount slider that shows what it costs you before you agree to it
  • Save the configuration, then export the offer and technical sheet as PDF

Why it wins

Ten reasons this beats the spreadsheet

Not features — reasons. These are about your business rather than about our software.

Works on all your devices

Desktop at the office, iPad on the stand, phone on site. The same account and the same numbers everywhere.

Synced and backed up

Everything you write is in the cloud within seconds, and backed up where you can get it again.

Your data stays yours

Encrypted in transit and at rest, exportable in full at any time, and never shared with another customer.

Built only for LED

Every field, every calculation and every page of the offer was designed for this trade — not adapted from a generic quoting tool.

Priced for a real business

From $45 a month, with a 30-day trial and 10% off a twelve-month contract. No setup fee and no consultant.

Carries your brand

Your logo and colours on the interface and the offer — and on Enterprise, your own domain and iOS app.

Genuinely easy to use

A new salesperson writes a correct quote on their first day. That was the whole point of the name.

Wins you more work

Answer first, answer accurately, and hand over a document that makes you look like the most organised supplier they spoke to.

A mark of quality

A specification your customer can hand to their electrician and structural engineer without translating it first.

Fits your systems

Quotes into your CRM, products out of your ERP, and custom modules for whatever is specific to how you sell.

In every paid plan

Included, not upsold

24/7 premium support

For everyone, at no extra cost. You speak to the people who built it.

Five languages, many currencies

English, French, Dutch, German and Polish — and the offer prints in the currency you sell in.

Hosted and backed up

Reliable cloud hosting with backups, in the UK by default and in your own region on Enterprise.

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial, and a twelve-month contract takes 10% off. PRO is $45 a month.

Questions

Before you load a catalogue

Questions

Do I need to be technical to use any of this?

No. easyLED was built for salespeople. You choose a product and a size; it works out the pixel maths, the weight, the power and the viewing distance and prints them in a document your customer’s engineer can work from.

How long does it take to set up?

An afternoon to load your catalogue and set your margin. After that a quote takes about a minute, and a new salesperson can write a correct one on their first day.

Can I try everything before paying?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial, and the videowall configurator is free forever with no account at all.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, and that is where most of it was designed to be used. Desktop, iPhone and iPad share one account, and your catalogue and drafts are available offline when a plant room has no signal.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It stays yours. Export every project, client and quotation to CSV and every offer to PDF, at any time, in full.

See it on your own wall.

The configurator is free, needs no account, and uses the same engine that prices every offer.
