Before you load a catalogue
Questions
How long does setup take?
An afternoon to load your catalogue and set your margin. After that a quote takes about a minute, and a new salesperson can write a correct one on their first day.
Can I import my supplier price list?
Yes, from CSV, with the fields you already keep. On PRO+ you can hold several catalogues side by side, including read-only ones published by a manufacturer you represent.
How does the margin work?
It is a multiplier expressed as a percentage, where 100 leaves the price untouched. Set it on a product, a project or the whole account — the most specific one wins, and easyLED resolves it so you never have to.
Can I stop my team discounting too far?
Yes. PRO+ lets you set a maximum discount per user. They can close a deal without ringing you, and they cannot give the job away.
Does it work without a signal?
Sizing and specifications work offline and drafts sync when you are back. Issuing a numbered offer needs a connection, because the number has to be unique across your account.
What is the difference between PRO and PRO+?
PRO is one person with one catalogue. PRO+ adds a team with roles, several catalogues, margins per product and per project, and discount ceilings your salespeople cannot exceed.
