For manufacturers and OEMs
Your channel quotes whatever is easiest to quote.
You publish a data sheet and hope. Your distributors rebuild it in a spreadsheet, get a power figure wrong, and when a competitor’s numbers are easier to find, they quote the competitor.
The problem
How it goes today
A distributor two countries away is quoting your 1.5 mm cabinet with last year’s power figure and a resolution they worked out themselves. You will find out when the installer complains about the supply. Meanwhile you have no idea how many walls carrying your name were quoted last quarter — or how many were lost.
Sound familiar?
- Your specifications rebuilt, and mis-rebuilt, in every partner’s spreadsheet
- Product changes that never reach the people selling the product
- No view of what the channel is quoting until it becomes an order
- Onboarding a distributor means a training day, not an account
- Enquiries from your own website arriving with no specification at all
Since 2014
putting manufacturers’ catalogues in distributors’ hands
This was the original idea behind easyLED and it is still the thing no manufacturer calculator does. A calculator makes your product easy to specify. A quoting platform makes it easy to sell — which is a different, and far more valuable, thing to hand a distributor.
What changes
What easyLED actually does about it
Your catalogue, published once
You control the specifications. Distributors quote from them and cannot edit them — only the commercial terms you allow.
Your brand in front of the channel
Your domain, your colours, your PDF template and, if you want one, an iOS app under your own name. easyLED appears nowhere your partners can see.
A correction that actually lands
Change a figure centrally and every future quote across the network carries it. No bulletin, no reissued PDF, no hoping.
Sight of the pipeline
What is being configured, where, in what volume and by whom — the forecast your channel has never been able to give you.
Leads from your own site
The configurator embedded on your website turns “how much for a screen?” into a specified enquiry, routed to the distributor who covers that territory.
Onboarding as an account
A new partner gets a login and a catalogue, and is quoting correctly the same afternoon.
Where you would start
Enterprise, white label
Quoted per project on a twelve-month term, sized on your number of partner seats, your integrations, and where it has to be hosted.
Questions

Questions
Do our distributors have to pay for it?
That is your decision. Most manufacturers include a number of partner seats in their own plan and give them away as a channel benefit; some charge for seats above that.
Can distributors keep their margins private from us?
Yes, and it is usually the right setting. Each one sets their own margin and only they see it. You can choose to see quoted volume without seeing their sell prices.
Can it read product data from our own systems?
Yes. Catalogues import from CSV out of the box, and an Enterprise deployment can pull products straight from your PLM or ERP so this is never the second place a specification lives.
