Website configurator · PRO
An LED screen configurator on your website, running on your catalogue.
Your visitors size their screen in five plain questions and see it drawn in your cabinets. You decide what they are offered and what they are asked. Every request lands on your desk as a deal, already priced.
Included in PRO
$45per month, everything in PRO
- Unlimited visitors and requests
- On as many pages of your site as you like
- Switch it off and on without changing the code
Live demo
Try it the way your visitor would.
This is the configurator itself, on our example catalogue, loaded by the same line of code you would paste into your site. Nothing here is a mock-up.
Open this page on a phone and it becomes a card; one tap opens the configurator full screen, with the buttons under your thumb. Send a request and it reaches our desk, exactly as your visitors’ requests would reach yours.
Loading the configurator…
Open it full screenLinked to your catalogue
It offers what you sell, and nothing else.
There is no second product list to keep up to date. The configurator reads the catalogue you quote from, so the screens on your website are the screens in your offers.
Your products, in their real formats
Every cabinet size and pitch a product comes in. The wall is tiled from whole cabinets and drawn with its size, resolution and a person for scale.
Recommended from your range
From how far away people stand and what the screen shows, it works out the pitch needed and recommends the coarsest of your products that is sharp enough, with the sharper ones beside it.
Always current
Add a product, retire one or correct a cabinet in the catalogue, and your website shows it on the next visit. The code on your site never changes.
Make it yours
You decide what your visitors see and what they are asked.
All of it set in Settings, Website, in a minute and without a developer.
Which products
Your whole catalogue, or only the products you tick: just your rental stock, or only the walls you keep in the warehouse.
Which uses
Indoor, outdoor, rental and events: offer only what you sell. Sell only rental, and visitors are only asked whether the event is indoors or out.
Event dates, or not
For a rental company, the first and last day of the event can be required, optional or not asked at all. They are only ever asked for events.
Every field on the form
Company, phone, location or venue, and a message: each one required, optional or left out. Name and email are always asked.
Your heading
The line over the configurator, in your words: “Build your video wall”, “Plan your event screen”, whatever your page is about.
Your colour
It wears the accent colour you chose for your offers, so it sits in your brand rather than ours.
Who is told
Your owners and administrators get an email the moment a request arrives. Replying to it answers the visitor.
On and off
Switch it off for the holidays and it disappears from your site at once. Switch it back on and the same code works again.
When a visitor asks
From your website to an offer, without retyping anything
- 1
They size the screen
Where it goes, what it shows, how close people stand and how big it should be. No jargon, and no price on screen.
- 2
It lands on your desk
A client, a project and a quote priced at your list price, with your default control system and warranty, marked From your website.
- 3
You hear about it
An email with the wall, the dates and the location, and a button that opens the deal. Reply and you are talking to the visitor.
- 4
You send the offer
Adjust the margin, add the extras, and send your branded offer as a link or a PDF, from the same deal.
On your site
One line of code, whatever your website is built with.
Switch it on in Settings and copy the code that matches your site. Your own key replaces YOUR-KEY; Settings shows it filled in.
Most websites, WordPress included
Paste it into a Custom HTML block, or wherever your editor takes HTML. It grows to fit on a computer and opens full screen on a phone.
<div data-easyled-widget="YOUR-KEY"></div> <script src="https://app.myeasyled.com/embed.js" async></script>
Builders that only take a frame
Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and the like. The same configurator at a fixed height.
<iframe src="https://app.myeasyled.com/embed/YOUR-KEY" style="width:100%;height:1100px;border:0"></iframe>
A link
For a button, a menu, an email signature or a QR code on your stand. It opens as a page of its own.

No price on screen
Your competitors read your website too.
The configurator shows products and sizes and never a figure of money. The price is worked out on the server and waits for you on the desk, where your margin is your business.
- No price, cost or margin ever reaches the visitor’s browser
- Every field checked again on the server
- A hidden trap for bots and a consent box for people
- A limit on how often one address can send
Questions
Before you put it on your site
Questions
Do I need a developer to add it?
No. If you can add a block of text to a page, you can add the configurator: paste one line in WordPress, use the frame in Wix or Squarespace, or link a button to it.
Which products does it show?
The ones in your easyLED catalogue: all of them, or only those you tick in Settings. A visitor is recommended the products that suit their answers, and can choose a sharper one.
Can I ask for event dates only from rental customers?
Event dates are only ever asked when the visitor says the screen is for an event, and you choose whether they are required, optional or not asked at all. The same goes for company, phone, location and the message.
Will my visitors see my prices?
Never. The visitor sees products, sizes and resolution. The quote is priced at your list price on your desk, and you decide what to send.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, and it was built for them first. On a phone it opens full screen, the buttons stay under the thumb, and the back gesture closes it and returns the visitor to your page.
What does it cost?
It is part of PRO, with no charge per visitor or per request. The free Xpress plan does not include it.
