The commercial record

The LED display system a distributor runs the sale on.

People looking for an LED display ERP want one place that knows a cabinet, a pitch, a buy price and a sell price. That is the catalogue and the quote. Your accountant keeps the books. Your warehouse keeps the stock. easyLED keeps the sale.

What you use

The features that do this job

Each one is in the product a distributor signs in to. The free configurator on this site is the sizing half, with no account and no prices.

A catalogue shaped like the trade

A product is a model. The cabinets are its formats — pitch, size, weight, power and price — because a wall mixes them. Fine pitch is priced per cabinet. Outdoor and transparent are priced per square metre.

What you pay, and what you sell

A factory list can be stored as your cost. The account markup turns it into the sell price on the quote. A list that is already your sell price is left alone.

Prices the server owns

The browser sends the wall you chose. The server prices it and stores that. A total typed in the browser is never the total on the offer.

The extras on almost every job

Control systems, warranty, installation, structure, transport and spares live on the account and land on the offer as their own lines. The deposit and the tax label are yours.

A record the quote can stand on

Each quote stores the product name and the client name as they were at the time. Renaming the catalogue later does not rewrite a document a customer holds.

Import the list you were emailed

A price list arrives as a spreadsheet with one row per cabinet. The import folds the rows of one model into variants, and a later list updates those formats by name.

A working week

How a deal moves through it

  1. 1

    The list comes in

You import the factory spreadsheet, or you type the lines you sell. Each format keeps its own size, weight and price.

  2. 2

You decide what the column means

What you pay, or what you sell. The markup, if you need one, is a setting on the account. Products can override it.

  3. 3

A wall is priced from that record

The quote uses the format you picked, the markup that applies, and the local package you add. Money is rounded at every line.

  4. 4

    The job keeps the snapshot

Won or lost, the quote still says which product, which client and which money. The catalogue can move on.

Scope

The system of record for selling LED displays.

It covers the commercial work a generic ERP makes you do in a spreadsheet: the product, the cost, the margin, the quote and the job. Invoicing, stock counts and payroll stay in the tools that already do them well.

Questions

Is easyLED an ERP for the whole business?

It is the LED display ERP for the sale. Catalogue, buy price, sell price, packages and quotes. It does not post invoices, count warehouse stock or run payroll.

Can it take a factory price list?

Yes. Import the spreadsheet. Say whether the prices are what you pay or what you sell. A later import updates the formats it already wrote, and leaves a format the new list does not mention.

Why is the price per cabinet on one product and per square metre on another?

The product family decides. Fine-pitch indoor is per cabinet. Outdoor and transparent are per square metre. The quote uses that unit, so a wall is not priced on the wrong basis.

Does this connect to my accounts system?

The offer and the job are the record you work from. A custom connection to an accounts package is an Enterprise conversation, quoted per project. The sales desk itself does not wait on that.
