Enterprise · White label

Give your channel a reason to quote you first.

Your distributors quote whatever is easiest to quote. Put your catalogue in their hands, under your own brand, and it becomes you.

Commercials

per month · 24-month term, payable in advance

Extra services quoted per project, custom development by the hour, hosting at cost in the region you choose.

Why manufacturers do this

A distributor in another country is quoting your cabinet right now.
Do you know what they said?

They rebuilt your data sheet in a spreadsheet eighteen months ago. The power figure is wrong, the resolution is a guess, and when a competitor’s numbers are easier to find, they quote the competitor. You find out at the order, or you never find out at all.

  • Your products, correctly specified, in every quote your channel writes
  • A price change that reaches every partner the moment you make it
  • Live sight of what is being quoted, where, and at what volume
  • Leads from your own website, routed to the right territory
  • A new distributor selling correctly the same afternoon

What changes

The same platform, with our name taken off it

Everything underneath is the product this site describes. Everything your partners touch is yours.

Included

Eight things that become yours

Your name in the address bar

configurator.yourbrand.com, with a certificate in your name. Nobody who arrives there sees ours.

Your brand in the interface

Logo, colours and typography to your guidelines. The drawing, the specification and the offer all look like your documents.

Your catalogue, always right

You publish the products. Distributors quote from them and cannot change a specification — only the commercial terms you allow.

Your whole network, onboarded

Add and remove distributors, resellers and partners yourself. Each keeps their own margin, private, with their own logo on their own offers.

Your PDF, exactly as you want it

The quotation and technical sheet rebuilt to your layout and your terms, with no easyLED footer anywhere.

Your app on the App Store

A native iOS app under your own name and icon, so your partners install your tool rather than somebody else’s.

Your systems, connected

Quotes into your CRM, products out of your ERP, and custom modules for whatever is specific to how you sell.

Your region, your rules

Hosted where your data has to live, backed up in the same jurisdiction, supported in your working hours.

Track record

We have been doing this since 2014.

easyLED has been deployed under other companies’ brands since the first version — manufacturers who wanted their distributors quoting their products, correctly, without a training course. 20+ of them, and the 200+ distributors and resellers behind them.

Questions

What does white label actually mean here?

Nothing your distributors see carries our name. The domain, the interface, the PDF template, the iOS app and the support emails are all yours. easyLED is the engine underneath and the team keeping it running.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your catalogue, your distributors, their clients and every quotation written on the platform are yours, exportable in full at any time, under a data processing agreement signed before anything is deployed.

Can our distributors keep their margins private from us?

Yes, and that is usually the right setting. Each distributor sets and sees their own margin. You choose whether you see their sell prices or only the volume they are quoting.

How long does it take to deploy?

A branded deployment with your catalogue, colours and PDF template is typically four to six weeks. Custom integrations and a native iOS app take longer and are quoted separately.

What does it cost?

Quoted per project on a twelve-month term. The variables are how many third-party users you need, which integrations, where it is hosted and how much custom development is involved.

Can we start smaller?

Yes. Many customers put their own sales team on PRO+ first, prove the workflow, then go white label when the distributor network wants in. The catalogue and the quote history come with you.
