About easyLED

We were first. Twelve years later, we are still the only ones doing this properly.

easyLED was not a spec calculator that grew a pricing feature. It started with the pricing problem, because that is the half of the job this industry still leaves to a spreadsheet.

Our story

How it happened

The technology has turned over completely since 2014. The problem has not moved an inch.

  1. 2014

    A problem nobody had solved

Yves Benini was running DynamicDigital, delivering digital signage into airports, museums and retail. Every LED quote in the industry was being built by hand in a spreadsheet, at night, after the site visit. There was no software for it. So he wrote some.

  2. 2015

    First to market, at ISE

easyLED launched at Integrated Systems Europe — the first application built for the business of selling LED displays rather than the engineering of them. Manufacturers and distributors had a tool of their own for the first time.

  3. 2016 – 2019

    Inside the channel

Manufacturers put their catalogues into easyLED and gave their distributors access. Distributors quoted from live factory prices instead of last quarter’s PDF. Five languages, multiple currencies, an iPad in every sales bag.

  4. 2020 – 2025

    Off the market, on purpose

The platform underneath easyLED aged out faster than it could be rewritten. Rather than let customers rely on something we could no longer stand behind, we took it down — and kept talking to the people who missed it.

  5. 2026

    Rebuilt, and free to start

Twelve years of knowing exactly what this industry needs, rebuilt from nothing. Same promise, better product — and this time the configurator is free for everyone, forever.

From the founder

I built the first version because I was the one losing evenings to it. Twelve years later the technology has changed completely and the problem has not moved an inch — so we built it again, properly, and made the hard part free.

How we work

Six things we will not compromise on

Written down because they are easy to say and harder to keep.

We know this trade

DynamicDigital has been delivering digital signage into airports, museums and retail since long before easyLED. Every field in the product exists because somebody selling LED asked for it.

The hard part is free

Sizing a wall and reading its specification costs nothing and always will. We charge for the commercial layer, because that is the part that makes you money.

One engine, everywhere

The free configurator, the app, the PDF and the coming iOS app all run the same calculation code. A price can never differ between two devices.

Your numbers are yours

Your costs, your margins and your clients belong to you. Export everything, any time, in full — and nothing you type into the free configurator ever reaches us.

We fix our own mistakes

The first easyLED mislabelled a tax row and gained a cent on payment splits. Those exact numbers are now test cases, so they can never come back.

We answer the phone

A small European company, in your timezone, in English, French or Dutch. When something is wrong you speak to the people who built it.

The company

DynamicDigital

A digital signage company based in Belgium, working in the LED display trade since 2014. easyLED is its product, and Yves Benini still answers the email.
