Sound familiar?

The job goes to whoever answers first.
You are still driving home.

You measured the wall this morning. Tonight you will open a spreadsheet from two years ago, hunt a cabinet weight through three supplier PDFs, and send something at half past ten that looks like a spreadsheet. Meanwhile the integrator who quoted from the car park has already been asked for a revision.

A salesperson showing a configured LED wall and its price on a tablet, in front of a client
  • Quotes written at night, three days after the visit
  • Five versions of the price list, none of them current
  • Margin worked out in your head and forgotten by invoicing
  • A document that looks homemade beside the factory’s
  • No record of what you quoted when they call back in March

Size the wall. Price it. Keep the deal.

The free LED wall configurator is the front door. The sales tool is where your margin and your logo go on. The desk is where the job lives afterwards. PRO, from $45 a month, is when you want to keep all three.

Ask for a quote

Your domain, your brand, and the people who sell your screens. We scope it with you and send a quote. There is no listed price.

Why distributors use it

Everything that makes the difference between a quote and a win

Built for a local team selling LED walls. The catalogue knows a cabinet. The quote knows your margin. The desk knows which jobs are still open.

Quote before you leave the building

Size the wall, add the extras, send the offer. A professional, branded quotation in under a minute — while your competitor is still driving home to open a spreadsheet.

Look bigger than you are

Every offer goes out in your colours, with your logo and your terms, numbered your way. The kind of document a customer forwards to their finance director without apologising for it.

Never give away margin by accident

Your cost and your profit sit on the screen while you move the discount. Set a floor your team cannot go below, and stop finding out what a deal was worth after it closed.

Ditch the spreadsheet

No more sticky notes, no more five versions of the price list, no more hunting a cabinet weight through three supplier PDFs. Everything in one place, on every device.

Make good salespeople great

A new hire quotes correctly on day one, because the catalogue, the margins and the document are already right. You coach instead of correcting.

Built by people from this industry

Not a generic CPQ tool with LED bolted on. Every field, every calculation and every page of the offer was designed for this trade, by people who have sold in it since 2014.

How a distributor uses it

Four steps. About a minute once the list is in.

An afternoon to load what you sell. After that the visit is the opening, the line, the local package, and the offer.

  1. 1

    Load the list once

The cabinets you sell, and whether that price column is what you pay or what you sell. The markup, if you need one, sits on the account.

  2. 2

    Start from the opening

On the visit, the LED wall configurator takes the measurement and how close people stand, and offers two or three of your lines at your sell price.

  3. 3

    Add the local package

Installation, structure, transport, spares, the processor and the warranty. One tap, in your currency, with your tax label and your deposit.

  4. 4

    Send it, and file it

A branded offer goes out. The job stays on the desk — open, sent, won or lost — until they call back.

Built for distributors

One city. A few brands. A price the buyer can take away.

The same cabinets are on offer across town. What you can win on is speed, a document with your name on it, and a price that includes the local work: mounting, processor, freight, spares, warranty.

On the visit

  • Start from the opening and the viewing distance
  • Two or three of your lines, already at your sell price
  • The local package in one tap
  • An offer in your currency, with your logo

Back at the company

  • One catalogue the whole team quotes from
  • A discount floor sales cannot cross
  • Cost and profit hidden from people who only sell
  • Every job on the desk until it is won or lost

Our story

We were here first, and we never stopped listening.

easyLED was the first application built for the business of selling LED displays. Not the engineering of them — the selling.

  1. 2014

    A problem nobody had solved

Yves Benini was running DynamicDigital, delivering digital signage into airports, museums and retail. Every LED quote in the industry was being built by hand in a spreadsheet, at night, after the site visit. There was no software for it. So he wrote some.

  2. 2015

    First to market, at ISE

easyLED launched at Integrated Systems Europe — the first application built for the business of selling LED displays rather than the engineering of them. Manufacturers and distributors had a tool of their own for the first time.

  3. 2016 – 2019

    Inside the channel

Manufacturers put their catalogues into easyLED and gave their distributors access. Distributors quoted from live factory prices instead of last quarter’s PDF. Five languages, multiple currencies, an iPad in every sales bag.

  4. 2020 – 2025

    Off the market, on purpose

The platform underneath easyLED aged out faster than it could be rewritten. Rather than let customers rely on something we could no longer stand behind, we took it down — and kept talking to the people who missed it.

  5. 2026

    Rebuilt, and free to start

Twelve years of knowing exactly what this industry needs, rebuilt from nothing. Same promise, better product — and this time the configurator is free for everyone, forever.

“easyLED is the only application built for the business of LED displays. Create, manage and sell your products simply and easily — anywhere, anytime. It will make you stand out from your competitors and impress your customers, by giving you the ability to create a professional offer in under a minute.”
Yves BeniniFounder, easyLED · DynamicDigital

I built the first version because I was the one losing evenings to it. Twelve years later the technology has changed completely and the problem has not moved an inch — so we built it again, properly, and made the hard part free.

Who it is for

Distributors first

The product is designed around a local distributor’s week. Resellers use the same sales tool. Manufacturers are how a price list gets into the trade.

Questions

Questions

What is the LED wall configurator?

It is the free tool on this site. Size a wall by the opening, by cabinets, or by a target resolution, and read resolution, weight, power and viewing distance. The same page is the videowall configurator, the LED display configurator and the LED screen configurator — one tool, four names people search for. It needs no account, and it does not show a price.

Is easyLED an LED display sales tool?

Yes. That is the signed-in product, and people also call it a videowall sales tool. You load the lines you sell, set whether the factory list is your cost or your price, add the local package — installation, structure, transport, spares — and send a branded offer.

Is this a video wall CRM?

It is the CRM for the LED jobs. Clients, quotes, and deals marked open, sent, won or lost are the home screen. It is not a CRM for the rest of the company.

Is easyLED an LED display ERP?

It is the system of record for the sale: catalogue, buy price, sell price, packages and quotes. Invoicing, warehouse stock and payroll stay in the software that already does them.

Who is it built for?

Local distributors, with a few brands and a team of one to five. A reseller working alone uses the same sales tool. Manufacturers who want a channel portal can still talk to us — the week the product is designed around is the distributor’s.

Is the configurator really free?

Sizing a wall needs no account. A free Xpress account puts your logo and your price on a quotation and does not keep the work. Keeping the catalogue and the deals is PRO.

Quote the next wall before you leave.

Size it on the free LED wall configurator. Put your margin and your logo on it when the job is real. Keep the deal when it is worth keeping.
